Trinity Baptist Church Mission Society

The Trinity Baptist Church Mission Society is the core of Trinity’s service to the community, dedicated in advocacy to those who are struggling, down trodden and turned aside. We answer Christ’s charge to advocate for those without a voice and to stand with those who have lost their strength.

In these times there are many who’ve lost faith for lack of basic necessities, health and well being or are challenged in their living conditions. It is the function of the Mission Society to spread not only the word of Christ, but his love and tender mercies as well. There will always be challenges and struggle but as much as our Christ Jesus is our savior and comforter, we also work to save souls and bring comfort to the community.

If you’re someone with the desire to serve and support the community in the Spirit of Christ, we invite you to reach out and learn more about us. We have multiple Mission Circles, each with their own unique focus and activities. While we may engage different methods of Ministry, we are united in our dedication and obedience to the Word of God. We meet on the last Sunday of every Month and encourage you to attend as we meet immediately after church in the J.L. Caston Fellowship Center.

Always looking for yet more ways to serve and improve our effectiveness, we enthusiastically look forward to hearing from you. Should the need arise, the Mission Society having specific objectives, we in consultation with our Pastor, the Rev. Alvin Tunstill Jr., will connect you with the TBC Auxialliary or Ministry that more closely alligns with your charge.
